Georgiana R is our General Manager, the majordomo – the cornerstone of the organisation. An opera lover, she conjures the image of Diana Damrau playing the Queen of the Night in Mozart’s “The Magic Flute”. Trained in the law, she has oversight of just about everything and everyone. Focused on discipline and efficiency, she is the “go to” person in the organisation. A weindividual who also has a kind heart and caring disposition.

Fahad K is our Business Development Manager. He dreams of a world where every health care worker can be freed from mundane tasks through automation so that they can spend more time with those they look after. A fitness enthusiast and fine cricketeer in his youth, Fahad brings tremendous zeal and energy to realise the company’s ambitious plans to leverage technology to improve quality and productivity. His chiselled features and stern demeanour belie a kind heart.

Sumana H is our Executive Assistant. Blessed with supercalifragilisticexpialidocious calmness and poise, she is perfectly suited for her role in recruiting and nurturing the employees who are behind the company’s success. She is the Athena amongst us, personifying wisdom, good counsel and fairness while exercising firmness and practicality in dealing with our employees. Just like Athena who guarded Athens, she is the guardian of our reputation for professionalism and quality.

Aleah M is our Deputy Manager (Care Management). As a Nurse, she has extensive clinical knowledge and passion for healthcare. Her empathy is her superpower. She lives by the saying – “before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes”. Her curiosity to understand others around her helps her build strong relationships with the people she meets. As a hardworking and passionate person, she always goes the extra mile. A true foodie and sushi lover, she spends her spare time exploring new cuisines and cultures.

Ramona R is our HR Executive for Staff Welfare & Development. Previously a legal secretary, this lovely lady from Romania knows it all about HR, from Recruitment and Employment Law to Staff Training and Development. Always ready to support her team with patience and dedication, and to guide new joiners through their learning experiences, she is our number one People person. This incurable romantic passionate about fiction, dreams of one day writing her own story about traveling around the world with her beloved ones. No wonder she is also our sponsorship expert, who can make people’s dreams come through by coordinating their arrival from overseas and giving them the tools for a smooth, enjoyable, and successful settlement.

Antonina V is our Acting HR Executive for Staff Performance. Originally from Bulgaria, Antonina is a student in Human Resources Management (CIPD Level 5). The portrait of elegance and composure, this intelligent young mademoiselle is a fast learner who does not miss a hitch. Always sparkling, radiant, and smiling, she certainly knows how to carry her weight and bring the sun wherever she goes. Yet do not be fooled by her gentle appearance because behind the graceful demeanour stands a strong and dedicated HR professional with a history of authoritativeness and professionalism that compares to a few.

Silvia P is our Deputy Manager (Care Operations) tasked with maintaining our high-quality standards in service delivery. A quote from one of our clients aptly describes her, “She wraps herself in strength, carries herself with confidence, and works hard strengthening her arms for the task in hand”. A great team player, she is the perfect combination of passion, dedication, and hard work. Her determined, courageous, and altruistic nature is reminiscent of the Disney Princess Mulan character. In her free time, Silvia heads for the coast. She loves walking along the beach to enjoy the beauty and harmony of the ocean and waves.

Roxanne R is our Care Administrator. A driven and energetic individual, from the tropical paradise of the Philippines. She has recently joined our team after gaining tremendous experience in the Middle East. Exuding charm and a sweet demeanour, she immediately puts those around her at ease with her gentle smile. A clinically trained nursing assistant and office administrator, she is always eager to learn new skills with dedication and brings a deep sense of empathy and compassion in everything she does.

Thomas T is our Corporate Accounts Executive. Originally from Hong Kong, Thomas has razor sharp focus and determination. He always prioritises his learning and invests in his education. As one of the merengues, he loves Spain and football. He loves travelling and encourages everyone to travel to Australia in their lifetime.

Beata T is our Finance Executive. Beata is a no-nonsense performer who gets the job done with style and efficiency under pressure. This warm-hearted and yet assertive finance professional can be compared to the character of Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice who was as determined and intelligent, which enabled her to rise above all the obstacles to achieve her objectives of life. Beata is a nature lover and likes to spend her leisure time in the nature with her family.

Mirela L represents the best among our amazing team of care delivery staff. She is a firm believer in the philosophy; “The power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment or the smallest act of caring has the power to turn a life around”. Lovingly called “Bella” by her clients, our beautiful Mirela is truly an empathetic, cheerful, and professional colleague and friend to her many clients. She is a trained nurse and comes with years of clinical experience and multifarious skills in caring for clients with chronic health conditions.

Laura A is one of our oldest employees and a senior care worker. Her bubbly personality and caring nature attracts everyone to her. She exemplifies the quote by American Poet and Critic, John Albert Holmes Jr, “There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up”. Her kind heart and smile can light up any room and makes her the perfect mentor to all our junior carers.

Kim A a Filipino native and trained nurse, is a compassionate and friendly soul. His passion for caregiving stems from his formative years when he lovingly tended to his aging grandmother, which fuelled his desire to pursue a career in nursing. Raymond is a valued member of our team and takes pride in providing the best care possible to his patients. As he puts it, “Being a nurse means dedicating yourself to caring for others with your heart and your hands.” He understands that nursing is not just a profession but a calling and strives to make a difference in the lives of his clients every day.

Shella C is one of our nursing assistants. Along with a diploma and degree in Nursing, she is also a registered midwife. With her strong academic background and extensive training, she is well-equipped to provide top-quality care to her clients. Beyond her professional qualifications, Shella is a person who enjoys traveling and making new friends. As Albert Schweitzer once said, “The purpose of human life is to serve and to show compassion and the will to help others.” Shella embodies this philosophy through her work and commitment to improving the lives of those around her.
